Last week my wife and I drove up to Mount Ida in Arkansas to go crystal mining. There are several crystal mines in the area that allow public access and fee digging. We spent a day digging and had a lot of fun. We came home with two five gallon buckets full of crystal points and clusters. When we finish cleaning them up I'll try sending Monte some pictures. If anyone knows of any places to go looking for rocks, minerals or fossils we's sure enjoy hearing from you. We both like going somewhere new to have some fun digging in the rocks and dirt.
