Monte showed Barry one of the crystals she had found. He took the time to tell us about  some of the types of  Staurolite crystal formations.

He explained that this was a 60º cross.

Michelle took off her hat and whipped out her mattock. Things were getting serious now.

We were all digging and finding some really good specimens.
